Shokz was showing off its new OpenMeet headset at CES 2025 in Las Vegas. This model borrows some of the strengths of its past catalog, such as the OpenCom, to deliver a professional headset solution that is both light in weight and feature-filled.
It comes with a new over-the-head design and pairs bone conduction and open-ear technologies to deliver a much wider sound performance (Shokz calls this DualPitch Technology). This allows you to listen to music, videos, books on tape, and more without the loss of typical frequencies that you sometimes find with bone conduction models.
OpenMeet addresses the need for background noise cancellation, using a dual-microphone system to isolate up to 98.6% of the noise in your environment. This allows you to focus on the call without the person on the other line hearing everything that is going on around you.
