With perfect timing for the Holidays, Epic Games is back with its usual giveaways, as it hands out new titles every week (for free) from its website. Each game is a mystery until it is announced, and sometimes the company has some incredible titles included. Now, Hogwarts Legacy is one of those titles.
There is nothing like getting a few extra bonus titles for the Holidays. Usually, you have to wait to see if anything pops up under the tree, and then, it isn’t really “free”, is it? But at Epic Games, free means free, and it is always giving something away. An excellent way of keeping its community of gamers dedicated and loyal to its platform.
This happens to be one of the better titles they have ever given away. Hogwarts Legacy is an addictive game that will allow you to spend hours and hours within the Harry Potter universe. Although Harry Potter has nothing to do with things this time. Instead, this is an open-world action RPG set in the late 1800s, where you play a new fifth-year student at Hogwarts who can wield powerful, ancient magic, holding the key to a secret threatening the wizarding world, as you attend classes, learn spells, and uncover a goblin rebellion led by Ranrok, allied with dark wizards.
You can rush your way through the game if you’re one of those, or you can immerse yourself in the game, trying to conquer every challenge it has to offer. Either way, this is an excellent freebie for the Holidays and highly recommended for those who like RPGs and adventure. It is free until December 18th at 8:00 AM PST.
