Amazon has been taking advantage of the popularity of its annual Prime Day sale by increasing the number of times that it occurs. Therefore, it’s not so much an annual sale anymore now that you have a few days during the summer and you have the two days’ worth of sales that began this morning. Amazon is calling it the Prime Big Deal Days.
With that, all of your normal discounts can be found via the online retailer. Including an obvious focus on Amazon brands like the Amazon Basics line, Kindle, Echo devices, Ring products, Fire TV sticks (and TVs), and much more.
You will find a scattering of deals from other brands as well, but the savings look to be hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. For example, we found number of products on sale that still ran a little higher than other sources. One of these examples was a simple foam roller that had a few listings within the sale, but Walmart still had similar options for a few dollars less at normal cost (both online and in store). So make sure to compare and contrast before you get too excited.
Most of the deals (especially the Amazon products) are at some of their best prices, making for another one of those perfect times in the year to buy into a new Echo speaker, Fire TV Stick, Kindle, or other Amazon product.
Of course, the sale does require you to be an Amazon Prime subscriber in order to take advantage of these sales (everything seems to be hidden behind paywalls these days).
