1MORE has launched a new model of open earbuds, focusing on those looking to keep things within a simpler budget. The new 1MORE Fit SE Open Earbuds S31 recently hit the market this month, falling within a sub-$50 range, making open-ear a little more accessible for some, and creating a new entry-level position within 1MORE’s catalog.
When it comes to budget-friendly models, it can typically be a solid choice for those who are just looking for a solution for taking phone calls, background noise, and other situations where “sound” doesn’t have to blow you away. In other words, perfect for those who favor simple functionality over extravagant features or range.
While at the same time, coming from a company that is well-known for well-rounded (and sounding) headphone products. 1MORE has very few products that have ever flopped, and continues to roll out impressive models that prove that good sound doesn’t have to cost a small fortune.
Despite coming in at a more affordable price, the model still packs a few features that anyone would hope to find. Including a bass enhancement feature, a lightweight design, “AI-driven” environmental noise cancelation for voice calls, and 8 to 30 hours of playtime with use of its charging case.
It’s water resistance is a little basic, with just an IPX5 rating. But this is still great for a good sweat. You just want to avoid the rain or any kind of submersion. Beyond that, it can be paired to the1MORE app where you can control some of the tap-to-control features.
The original launch date was June 10th, although it still shows as unavailable via Amazon at the time of writing this. However, the company does have the model listed on its website (and it’s currently on sale for $39.99, which slides it into the right direction).
