Another act in a year full of upgrades, covering everything from multi-room audio streaming to the ability to use your Echos as an intercom system throughout your house. They can speak with and control such a large number of smart home devices and hubs, and are a blast at making reminders, timers and wishlist items with. Now they have expanded on their support for multi-room audio, by adding support for both SiriusXM (available only in the US at the moment) and Spotify. A great improvement, since before this, the feature only supported Amazon’s own music streaming service (Amazon Music Unlimited).
The Echo does well at showing diversification as Amazon continues to add support for various services and features, reserving their seat as one of the best selling speakers featuring a digital assistant that money can buy.
