Bose has been on a roll with new launches this summer, including another soundbar, the Bose TV Speaker back in May. Now they are adding to that list with another soundbar, with the Bose Smart Soundbar 300. As the name suggests, it is a smart soundbar that supports both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.
The new speaker will feature Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa built-in, allowing you to trigger commands directly from the speaker without having another digital assistant device nearby. This opens access to the speakers from either digital assistant at a deeper level than trying to control it via an external device. Of course, being able to access other connected devices as well.
You can pair the speaker to a compatible pair of Bose headphones for a more private experience, without waking up those around you. As well as stream all of your favorite music to or from it thanks to its support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay 2, and Spotify Connect.
You have your normal modern inputs, including HDMI ARC (audio return channel) and digital optical (no analog connection for this model), as well as a connection for a Bose Bass Module to add a bit of boom to your experience (the same bass module that works with their Bose 500 and 700 models). It also supports their surround speakers as well.
It is just less than 28-inches in length, allowing it to blend in with TV sizes both small and large (although we’d go with a large soundbar if your TV is larger than say, 65-inches).
The speaker has officially launched and is making its way to some of your favorite retailers with an MSRP of $399.95 and will be shipping by the end of this month (button/link below). Additional specifications are available below.

Hello : I now have the Bose Smart Sound bar 300 & your Surround speakers. THe Sound bar works with the TV & spotify, but I can’t connect the two speakers. Help please.
