Dreo is once again looking to expand its portfolio by including new products within its smart home lineup. The company already has a growing list of smart fans, purifiers, and humidifiers. All of which can be controlled via its app or via your digital assistants (Google or Alexa).
Now the company has launched a new smart wall-mounted space heater to help keep you warm during those cold winters. Meaning you can now keep yourself comfortable all year round with the company’s products. It is the company’s first smart-connected space heater.
The new Dreo Wall Heater (model WH719S), as the name suggests, mounts to your wall like you would a fake fireplace heater (minus the fireplace in order to keep costs low). The new unit offers an MSRP of just $129.99 and is even on sale at the time of writing this. Allowing early adopters to save a little with its launch.
To make things better, it offers (120 degree) up/down oscillation. So although it is wall-mounted vs standing, it doesn’t lose the ability to move the air around. It has an adjustable thermostat with timer, adjustable LED panel lighting, and offers the same app and digital assistant support as its other products (and also comes with a physical remote).
The heater makes use of high-conductivity PTC ceramics and custom-designed thermal fins for rapid and efficient heating. Allowing you to fill small to large rooms comfortably.
It is a 1500W heater, so you will want to keep it on its own circuit (or not power anything else on within the same circuit while it is in use). A normal specifications since most (good) space heaters run between 1500 and 1600 watts.
You can find it now via Amazon. Again, the MSRP is $129.99 (although it is on sale at the time of writing this).

That’s kind of cool. You guys did a story on one of their fans. I liked the story. I bought the fan. I liked the fan! Great job convincing me to spend money where I normally wouldn’t have. But this is an exception. I wouldn’t want a space heater turning on and off without my being there. I’d much rather be in control of that manually so I know it is off when no one is around. Space heaters freak me out though so I may be different from others. The fan is cool though. I may even buy another one if they go on sale next week.
