The Crew-1 mission was a great success as astronauts Mike Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker, and Soichi Noguchi made their way to the International Space Station (ISS) to start their 6-months worth of stay and docked successfully. They looked a little cramped as they launched from Earth all huddled into their seats facing the monitors, despite how spacious it really is in there.
Spacious is a slight exaggeration, but there is plenty more space to work with than what the Demo-2 mission and the initial launch of Crew-1 may have led you to believe. Thankfully, Crew-1 astronauts took a moment during their flight to give you a video tour of what it really looks like inside.
At about four minutes into the following video (it should start you off right at that point when you hit play), we come right to the tour where you’ll be able to get a visual of what it was like for them.
