GameSir has recently launched its latest wired Xbox controllers for those looking to tap into the benefits of using Hall Effect joysticks. A popular trend that many gamers have been seeking out due to their durability against stick/joystick drift. A problem that has been troubling controllers of multiple gaming platforms.
The company launched its G7 SE Wired Controller, which is also officially licensed for Xbox. The G7 SE is an updated version of the G7 with not only the new sticks, but Hall Effect triggers with magnetic sensors. A controller that should (hopefully) provide a greater lifespan while also protecting gamers from joystick drift.
In addition to all of this, the new controller also offers a swappable faceplate that the company is referring to as paint-friendly. Meaning you can easily customize however you want using basic paints. Allowing you to make it your own in your own unique style.
Users also have the option of installing GameSir’s Nexus software that allows you to customize the controller and switch between profiles. There are two custom keys on the back, multiple feedback motors, and a 3.5mm audio interface for using a headset.
It is currently available from Amazon for an MSRP of $44.99 (USD) and is compatible with Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles, as wells as Windows 10 or newer computers.
