Looks like arcade machines are taking over once again. What once was a very special niche is now turning into something that everyone could get involved with. Starting with the popularity of these machines from companies like Arcade1Up, now AtGames is shaking things up with a new connected option that is available right now (links/buttons available below).
This new player to enter the game is the Legends Ultimate arcade machine. This is a WiFi-connected multi-game platform that brings you back to all of the arcade classics you might have once enjoyed being behind (or might want to give a fresh try).
It comes pre-loaded with 300 licensed games to choose from, including titles like Centipede, BurgerTime, Tempest, Crystal Castles, Missile Command, Tron, Zoo Keeper, Space Invaders, and more (the full list of games is available right here). If that isn’t enough for you, you can add to it using ArcadeNet’s subscription-accessed library. You can also stream your PC games to it as well (maybe get some Duke Nukem or Doom on?).
The arcade machine/cabinet stands over 66-inches in height and 29-inches in width and packs a 24-inch LCD monitor. There are down-firing speakers, and an authentic arcade-style control panel, which includes two joysticks, six action buttons per player, a high-performance trackball, and two spinners.
I kind of want to get my Super Star Wars on now! Sadly, we don’t have one here to test out, but you can get your hands on one right now. They are available via some of the retail options that we have included buttons for just below. The retail price is $599, which honestly, doesn’t sound too bad at all!
