LG is finally ready to roll its OLED R TV to the US (pun intended). The company is now taking inquiries for orders and models will begin shipping out shortly. The ordering process is a bit different due to the cost of the unit, so it’s a bit more one-on-one with one of the LG representatives. It would then get delivered to your location where someone will set everything up.
It had originally begun its rollout into the world last October, where its availability was limited to certain countries. It was going to be a short while before it reached the states, but who knew it would take this long. It is here though and ready for American consumption. Consumption of the cash in your bank account, at least.
The MSRP in the US is a bit more than what was originally projected last year. If you want to get your hands on one of these, it will run you $100,000, which is quite a bit of moolah.
