OBSBOT has been working on some fascinating webcam products that mix AI to create a super-charged experience. Great for everything from vloggers to important work meetings, these webcams feature PTZ controls that track and focus on you as you move around. Even if you stand up and move around your office or home.
We covered the company’s original OBSBOT Tiny 4K model summer of last year and the result was great. The camera was powerful through the use of not only tracking you with AI but using various gestures to control these features (like choosing which subject to track, zoom control, and more).
Now, with the latest Tiny 2 model (available via OBSBOT’s website), the company took it a few steps further by making it even smaller, using a 1/1.5” CMOS sensor, speeding up its ability to track and focus, and now you can also control it with your voice (as well as gestures). It’s a tiny little camera with what appears to be a lot of potential.
It features an MSRP of $299. At the moment, it is only available via the website for pre-order. But we may be digging a little deeper through a review in the near future to give you more insight. So make sure you are following us so you don’t miss that.
The company also had its upcoming Tail Air camera on display, which utilizing AI for auto-tracking, director views, and gesture control, video effects, and more. As well as multi-camera configurations using a wide support for various streaming protocols (like NDI).

Sounds interesting. I liked the last one you covered. If it had voice commands as well, that would be pretty cool. I’d like to see what it looks like as I might just be interested in something like that. Even more so if its 4K.
