A new rumor, spawning from a Chinese Weibo user with a history of confirmed leaks in the past, has been floating around that Samsung is working to develop a new 12-inch Windows 10 tablet. A tablet that could possibly surpass the specs of the Microsoft Surface Pro lineup. Specific details on what the specs may include were a bit unclear, so we won’t discuss such just yet. Also, it is good to point out that the new Surface Pro 4 lineup may be hitting the market in November, so it’s not time to rule out the Surface tablets in the race just yet.
