How many times have you placed a good pair of headphones on your ears and claimed you can easily fall asleep to them? What if you could? Without the hassle of cords and discomfort of course.
SleepPhones Comfortless may be just that. A delicate headband made out of a hypoallergenic performance fabric that wraps around your head, covering your eyes. Not exactly something new, being you can find something like that just about anywhere. However, what makes the SleepPhones different exists within the fabric.
Hidden inside the fabric you find headphones, a Bluetooth 4.0 receiver and a lithium-ion battery that supports induction charging (wireless). It charges by placing it around a charging base that comes with it, that can be hung from a wall or placed on a flat surface.
There will be two presets to choose from, “regular” and “bass boost”, that are controlled by a center button allowing you to adjust it to what calms you best. It will also support wired charging as well for situations such as travel, where you may not want to take the full charging base with you.
You may finally be able to rest to your favorite soothing tracks. Or maybe you prefer a self-help coaching experience to fall asleep to. Either way, this could be your solution, without having to wake up the person lying next to you.
At the moment, there are no further details to share since they haven’t quite reached the market just yet. However, you should plan to see them later this year from AcousticSheep LLC, possibly sometime this summer. We will do our best to bring you more insight when the times comes.
