Are you someone looking for a little extra rush in life? The Crazy Cart XL is go-kart for teens and adults that is electric powered and lasts up to 40 minutes before needing a recharge. Plenty enough time to race your buddies down the street while performing all sorts of fun stunts.
The XL (priced at $799) is the upgraded model of their regular CrazyCart (only $299) that is designed for smaller riders, 140lbs or less. The XL can handle up to 240lbs of driver weight, has a larger body design and is capable of traveling slightly faster than its smaller sibling model (up to 17mph).
It is great for racing, drifting and all sorts of fun tricks. It has 360-degree steering, allowing for tight turns and unique moves.
The Crazy Cart(s) was conceptualized by Ali Kermani of Razor for his MBA thesis at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and quickly took off to become an affordable g0-kart option for consumers.
It may not fit in with what we normally gab about, but it should fit into the many hearts that read everything else we do. What tech enthusiast, geek, nerd or gamer wouldn’t want one of these in their garage?
At the moment, the XL is available exclusively at ToysRUs.com and Razor.com for $799. As mentioned, the smaller model can be found for only $299 and at a wider selection of outlets including Amazon.
If we manage to get a chance to test one out or decide to buy a few for the office, we will be sure to throw some action cams and drones in the mix so that we can give you the best view of what we think. Until then, here’s video from Razor!
