Vizio fan? If so, you might know that their P-Series happens to be some of the best models they have to offer, and now their 2018 lineup within the series is ready for a home. Vizio announced this week the availability of the new models, making their way to Vizio.com as well as your favorite stores both on and offline (Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Target, Walmart and so forth).
The P-Series 4K HDR Smart TV collection is great for enthusiasts looking to get the best picture possible while keeping the cost down a little at the same time. Yielding the quality you’d find on an exhibit floor like CES, they feature Dolby Vision HDR and Ultra Color Spectrum (which brings with it the capability of over one billion colors). They pack a full array backlight with up to 120 local dimming zones and Clear Action 720 (240Hz effective refresh rate). They feature a three-sided bezel-less design, giving them a big presence while keeping the excess footprint to a minimal.
Following the booming trend of smart home technology, they also support both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant (sorry Apple fans, no Siri), giving you voice control. The TV comes packed with common streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Vudu, iHeartRadio, Crackle, and Xumo. You can expand on this using the SmartCast Mobile app (available for both Android and iOS devices), where you can stream all kinds of content from your phone or tablet, as well as use it as a touch remote. They also come with built-in Google Chromecast support.
The collection includes three sizes, 55-in, 65-in, and 75-in–ranging between $899.99 and $2,499.99. They should be making their way to stores shortly.
