In today’s unbelievable topics, we have news coming from Vizio that is sure to turn some heads. Most likely couldn’t imagine that they could hang an 86″ 4K TV on their wall for less than $1K. Normally, this would be a sound assumption, but this just isn’t the case anymore. Since the company has announced a TV that will only cost consumers $999.00. Strategically priced so the world knows that less than $1K at MSRP is achievable.
The new TV will be massive and usually models like this don’t sell that well since it is hard to ship items like this anywhere but large cargo planes and long ship journeys. But the company (clearly) has a plan in motion as at a price like this, it is sure to create some of the highest demand ever for a TV of its size.
It isn’t the first time larger TVs have come down to a price like this. For example, Best Buy currently has an 85″ Sony 4K model on sale for $1,399 right now. It is $400 more, but still at a fantastic price. However, this wasn’t its starting MSRP.
The 86″ model will launch a month from now on April 29th in the US. It will feature Dolby Vision and HDR10+, and feature up to 120fps (when dialed down to 1080p). As well as Wi-Fi 6 (dual-band) and DTS:X support.
This lineup also features sizes that include 43”, 50”, 55”, 65”, 70”, and 75”. Making sure there is a model for literally everyone and every task.
Vizio TVs can be found just about everywhere, including Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart (which recently bought the Vizio brand for $2.3 billion). So there will be plenty of stock to pass around between all of the retailers. Although at 86 inches, this one may still lean toward special orders rather than being physically available in stores (but I could be wrong).
