In today’s technology-filled world, just about any business can benefit from having a website. Night clubs are no exception to this rule. Actually, when you think about it, what major nightclub doesn’t have a website?
Websites can make a major difference when it comes to bringing new visitors to your venue, by offering a vast number of features to lure them or bring them back.
A website can provide visitors with general details like hours of operation, location(s), contact options, information on staff (i.e., resident DJs, announcers, or dancers), and so much more.
You can provide a detailed calendar of events that display what’s coming in the future, such as special guests, parties, DJs, and artist performances. It can be a normal listing or a fully interactive calendar system. You can use the calendar or listing system to also display variations in your venue’s daily activities. For example, Fridays could be Hip Hop, whereas Saturdays could be a nice dip into House or Trance. All of this can be used to keep your visitors coming back for more. For a good example of this, let’s take a look at the club in the image to the right.
Another great benefit for nightclubs in a website is the ability to offer visitors a chance to sign up for a guest list, buy tickets, and reserve a table or bottle service. Or, simply request more information on any of these so that a representative can call them about it.
Also, a very popular feature for nightclubs is a gallery section to list sections filled with images from prior events, or simply a general gallery of what the club looks like when it’s packed. Visitors love to hear that their picture may be taken and posted on the club’s website for all to see. You can hand them a card with the address on it so they can visit it the next day to view/download the image(s). This way they can share those images with their friends through means such as social networks, and then their friends will see these pictures and want to come to check out the club for themselves.
A listing of food and beverages can be shared for visitors to preview what to expect when they get there. Share additional information on sponsors or special guests, offer press/news information, options in regards to employment, history about the club, stream music from their resident DJs, and once again…so much more.
When it comes to nightclubs, websites not only offer another excellent form of advertisement, but they also add to the party experience of their visitors that seems to keep going even when they leave the club.
