Clearly Microsoft is readying shelves for the launch of their new Microsoft Band 2 that will be announced next month, as prices are falling everywhere for last year’s model. It is now at its best price since a brief sale it received on Microsoft’s online store when it originally launched last year; Best Buy is currently offering the Microsoft Band for only $99. This makes it one of the most affordable multi-functioning smartwatches on the market, and quite useful if you own a Windows Phone.
Since that original sale last year, the Microsoft Band has not dropped back down to that price, making this a great time to pick one up. Unless of course you are waiting for the new one later this year, in which case you will be spending closer to the original price of $200.
Of course, you will want to make sure you measure your wrist first, so that you know which size (small, medium or large) is for you. You can do this from any Microsoft Store, or of course the easier method by printing out this sizing guide and using it to determine the size at home.
